On-the-day Coordination & Recommendations
You’ve sourced the space, and lined up your supplier team, maybe you’ve a few bits left to sort, and you want a pair of hands (or several) on the day, to make sure it runs well, to turn around the space and and to iron out any last minute dramas. You might also need help setting up or de-rigging your shindig.
We’ll chat to you a month or so before your event, and check through your supplier list and production schedule and highlight anything causing concern.

We work with you from the early days to suggest spaces and local independent suppliers to complement your initial ideas and budget. We set up the space with our chairs and tables the day prior to your event date, coordinate proceedings on the day (in a non J-Lo, blend into the background but still get things done style) and then come back the day after to retrieve our wares!

You might need timeline help, assistance finding suppliers, ideas of spaces that might suit, or this can be done over Zoom/Facetime or in person, at your venue, if preferred.
These hours can also be for new spaces or venues who wish to pick our brains in a consultation sense, from our experience in setting up and developing new venues and supporting small businesses in Sheffield and beyond.
